Teaching Assistant – Redditch (Primary School)
Full-Time | Long-Term | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Now Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Redditch. This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom environment.
Role Overview:
As a valued member of the school team, you will:
- Support the class teacher in preparing the classroom and daily learning activities.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Deliver targeted interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
Requirements:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3).
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Now Education.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
