Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loft Insulation Service Manager to lead our installation team and oversee all aspects of loft clearance & insulation projects. In this role, you will coordinate project planning, work directly with domestic customers, manage customer projects from enquiry through to completion, ensure quality standards are met, and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help improve energy efficiency for homeowners while managing a team of skilled installers. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the loft insulation installation team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and logistics to meet client deadlines and budget expectations
- Conduct site assessments to determine insulation requirements and develop detailed work plans
- Oversee the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment used during installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout all projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on insulation options, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schematics, work logs, inspection reports, and quality control records
Experience
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as roofing, plumbing, electrical work, welding, or masonry
- Managing domestic construction or home improvement projects
- Coordinating subcontractors or installation teams
- Managing customer projects from enquiry through to completion
- Working directly with domestic customers
- Preparing quotations or cost estimates
- Procuring construction materials & scheduling labour and materials deliveries
- Monitoring quality standards & resolving customer concerns professionally
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of schematics, carpentry skills, and insulation work is highly desirable
- Familiarity with building codes, safety protocols, and environmental standards related to insulation projects
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing teams in a construction or home improvement setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers effectively

We’re looking for someone who can run onsite teams, and who is organised, proactive and commercially aware with relevant domestic installation, sales and site and project management experience. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion. You will be equally comfortable communicating with householders, supervising contractors, solving practical problems and continuously improving operational processes.
Pay: £300.00-£350.00 per day
