Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving commercial growth?
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team , taking ownership of a portfolio of customers ranging from £2m to £10m+ turnover.
This is a sales role focused on retention, account growth and maximising customer value. You will be responsible for growing revenue across your portfolio through strategic account management, product adoption, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximise the value of Epos Now's products and services.
What you'll be doing
Growing account revenue through upselling, cross-selling and product adoption
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Developing and maintaining strategic account plans
Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Reviews
Driving adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products
Identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion
Acting as the voice of the customer within Epos Now
Maintaining accurate pipeline, account plans and customer activity within Salesforce
️ Identifying and managing churn risks before they impact retention
Working with Product, Service and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What we're looking for

Payments, Fintech or SaaS experience
Salesforce experience
Experience managing larger or multi-site customer accounts
