Are you passionate about supporting children and promotion of the Welsh language? Elementa are looking for friendly, motivated Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing in a variety of nurturing environments.
As a TA, you will:
Support learning in small groups and 1:1, across the school
Help pupils with additional learning needs or emotional/behavioural barriers
Engage parents and collaborate with external agencies to support pupils
Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive school environment
Take part in training and development opportunities
We are looking for someone who:
Has fluency in Welsh (this is essential for the role)
Has experience working with children (school, childcare, or community settings)
Is patient, enthusiastic, and a positive role model
Has excellent teamwork and communication skills
Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Is willing to undertake further training (SEND, THRIVE, Team Teach, etc.)
