Mickledore is a specialist tour operator providing self-guided walking holidays in the UK, with a reputation for excellent customer service and high quality holidays. Due to continued growth we are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals committed to the highest standards of customer service to join our small and busy team.
Travel Consultant -You will be responsible for answering enquiries, helping customers to choose their holiday and ensuring they book the itinerary that is right for them. You will follow up enquiries and ensure that every customer has the very best experience possible, whenever they interact with the company.
Operations Consultant - You will make all the arrangements for our fabulous walking holidays. You will be responsible for making accommodation and transfer bookings for our customers’ chosen itineraries to ensure that their holiday operates as smoothly as possible, and exceeds their expectations. You will be allocated specific routes and will become an expert on these. You will ensure that every customer has the very best experience possible, whenever they interact with the company.
The roles are based in Keswick in Cumbria but you will be working partly from home and partly in the office depending on the needs of the business.
Applicants must have enthusiasm for and good knowledge of walking in the hills and countryside of the UK, excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office product range and fast and accurate data entry and typing skills.
