We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team. You must have an exceptional eye for detail. Ideally experienced within the luxury bridal industry and working directly with clients.
You will play an important role within the Andrea Hawkes brand. Working directly with the founders and senior manager to elevate AH to the next level.
We want someone who is firstly friendly and warm to join our team. Sales and client experience focused at a high level. Enjoys working in a luxury showroom environment and always putting the client first.
A positive team player is a must. With a forward thinking attitude.
Day-to-Day Sales Operations
- Managing day-to-day sales activity
- Client communication, follow-ups and order processing. Staying connected with brides, building relationships.
- Managing enquiries, calendar and appointment flow
- Working on targets with directors/sales team and increasing conversions
- Ensuring sales process is running efficiently
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Wholesale supporting operations director, seasonally when needed.
- Housekeeping – ensuring showroom is clean, well-presented daily and fully stocked.
- Team player.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media
Week would be minimum Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Full time / Part time option to discuss.

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22.0 per week
