We are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Employment & Workplace Relations team in Melbourne and work alongside Partner, Chris Molnar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise across a broad mix of employment, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, discrimination and regulatory matters. You'll advise a diverse client base including insurers, ASX-listed companies, government bodies and SMEs, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Opportunity
You'll advise and represent clients across:
Unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination and sexual harassment claims
Workplace investigations, misconduct and whistleblower matters
Work health and safety compliance and prosecutions
Industrial relations disputes and enterprise agreement matters
Employment contracts, workplace policies and day-to-day advisory work
Regulatory investigations and workforce risk issues
About You
2+ years' post-admission experience in employment and workplace relations law
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work Commission processes
Ability to manage litigated and advisory matters with increasing autonomy
Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
