Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and financing options
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales when working with corporate clients or fleet accounts
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, appointments, and client communications
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments to foster positive relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Experience in sales management or leading sales initiatives is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
- Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and maintain positive rapport with customers and colleagues
