Matthew Marsden Furniture Ltd is hiring an enthusiastic, self-motivated CNC & Edge Bander Operator for an immediate start at our bespoke workshops in . Due to our ever-expanding order book, we are looking for a dedicated professional to cut and edge panels for our high-class, luxury furniture. You will work alongside our passionate team of cabinet makers and designers who design and manufacture some of the best kitchens and furniture in the UK.Job Role & Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machinery to precision-cut sheet materials and panels.
- Edge Banding: Operate edge banding machinery to apply clean, premium edges to furniture components.
- Component Prep: Cut, edge, and prepare premium panels to the exact specifications required for luxury furniture.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished panels for flawless edges, accurate measurements, and pristine quality.
What We Are Looking For
- Availability: Ready for an immediate start.
- Experience & Skill: Proven background operating CNC routers, beam saws, or automatic edge banders within a woodworking environment.
- Precision Mindset: A sharp eye for detail to ensure luxury-grade finishes on all component parts.
- Self-Motivated: Eager, reliable, and able to maintain efficient workflows in a busy workshop.
