The Role
We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of the business. This role will involve assisting with office administration, project coordination, communication with clients and suppliers, and helping to keep internal systems and records up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Filing and organising company documents
- Assisting with project paperwork and general site administration
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Supporting the team with invoices, purchase orders, and general admin tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with ad hoc office duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Experience in construction or a similar industry is an advantage, but not essential
