Bobo & Wild is a chef-led, community-first restaurant group with 7 locations across London. We bake our own bread, smoke our own meat, source our eggs from Clarence Court and cook everything from scratch.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is done being a great team member and is ready to lead one. Someone who walks into a room and immediately reads it. Someone the team looks to without being asked. Someone who holds the standard not because they have to but because they want to.
This role sits directly below the Store Manager. When the Store Manager is not in the building — you are the Store Manager. The floor is yours. The team is yours. The guest experience is yours.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Lead the floor with energy, presence and clear direction on every shift
— Hold the Bobo & Wild standard in service, food quality and team performance
— Coach the team in real time — not after the fact, not in a meeting, but in the moment
— Own guest experience from the first hello to the last goodbye
— Handle complaints with calm, empathy and full resolution — every time
— Support with scheduling, stock management and daily operations
— Be the energy on shift
WHO YOU ARE
You do not need a long list of qualifications. You need the right mindset.
— You have managed or supervised a hospitality team and you were good at it
— You lead from the front — you do not delegate what you wouldn’t do yourself
— You take feedback well and give it better
— You are warm with guests and firm with standards — not the other way around
— You want to grow — into a Store Manager, into more responsibility.

THE DETAILS
Location: Wanstead, East London
Hours: Full time — including weekends
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
