This role is based on-site at Langdale Hotel and Spa, Ambleside, LA22 9JD.
Role Summary
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in our busy kitchens, delivering high‑quality dishes that enhance the guest experience. You’ll work across the Estate, preparing a range of food items within your station and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional dining for our guests. Our operations across the hotel include Stove Restaurant, Brimstone Hotel and Spa Deli, and Wainwrights Inn.
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of your section, working autonomously and managing prep efficiently.
Consistently produce high‑quality dishes in line with service and product standards.
Perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
Handle high volumes of orders while contributing positively to overall team success.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace.
Prepare, cook, and present food to specification.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to keep your station running smoothly.
