Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to raising standards and improving pupil attainment.
- A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
