We are looking for a reliable person to join our customer-facing team in Edinburgh. This is a straightforward, entry-level role where you will be trained to assist customers and handle daily project tasks.
This position is ideal for someone coming from retail or hospitality who wants a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule and a more professional environment.
What the role involves:
- Customer Interaction: Speaking with people face-to-face to provide information and help with their enquiries.
- Basic Administration: Assisting with customer paperwork and ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Attending daily briefings to stay up-to-date on the services we provide.
- Team Support: Working alongside a small team to ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
