Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time position offering flexibility across 4 or 5 days per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
* £250 WELCOME BONUS * once passed probation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of care and learning opportunities for children aged.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development and progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
