About The Last Drip Studio
Welcome to The Last Drip Studio, Brighton's original and ultimate Splatter Paint studio. We're passionate about working with individuals who carry the same love for freedom in creativity that we do. We're not just looking for an instructor; we're looking for a real collaborator who gets it, and mostly importantly enjoys it!
About The Role
Are you bursting with creative energy and ready to help others unleash their inner (chaotic) artist? We're looking for a passionate Splatter Paint Instructor to join our vibrant studio. If you love getting messy, creating amazing experiences, and get joy out of working closely with customers, we think this role will be perfect for you! This is a highly structured role with strong processes in place, we've built systems that work, and we need someone who's committed to following them (we're always open to feedback and want to keep streamlining these processes though!). Fair warning: this is a physically active role where you'll be on your feet throughout a lot of your shift, energetically guiding customers and keeping the space flowing. If you thrive in this kind of environment, this one's for you!

- Handle equipment, supplies, and workspaces, following processes in place
Social Media Support
- Help create content that showcases our studio's madness (photos, videos, testimonials)
- Contribute to social media and outreach efforts when time allows
- Any other ad-hoc needs
Who You Are
- Genuinely enthusiastic about customer experience and making people feel welcome
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and handle the hands-on, messy work
- A natural communicator who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
- Energetic, reliable, and keen to help the studio shine
- Bonus: You've worked in experiential businesses such as escape rooms, etc. before
