The Vacancy
TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for a Superfund Transaction Manager to join our growing Superfund team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of multiple Defined Benefit Superfund transactions, helping to bring schemes into TPT's innovative Superfund proposition.
Working closely with transaction brokers, advisers and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate complex transactions, manage timelines, oversee risks and issues, and ensure governance reporting is delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing plans across multiple Superfund transactions.
Coordinating actuarial, legal, administration and technology activities to ensure transaction milestones are achieved.
Maintaining risk and issue logs, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Supporting transaction tracking, reporting and governance activities.
Producing high-quality papers and reporting for senior stakeholders and governance groups.
Developing efficient and consistent processes, templates and reporting to support a growing pipeline future transactions.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working within UK Defined Benefit pensions.
Exposure to buy-in, buyout, Superfund or other endgame transactions.
Experience managing complex projects, programmes or transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
Confidence working with advisers, trustees, legal teams, actuaries and other specialist stakeholders.
Strong planning, organisation and delivery skills.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear governance and committee papers.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results.
Experience presenting or producing papers for trustee boards, governance groups or pricing committees.
A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or MSP is desirable.
