Standby Healthcare are recruiting for an Ofsted Registered Manager for a Children's Residential Home in Cinderford, Gloucestershire - and we need a Manager with heart, grit and vision to bring it to life!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager stepping up, to commission a new Children's home.

Role responsibilities:
- Register and lead the home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a trauma-informed team
- Champion safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice
- Drive compliance, quality assurance, and inspection readiness
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
To be successful you will:
- Previous experience Registered Manager within Children’s residential services
- Understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulations 44/45
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Children and Young People
- Proven track record with Ofsted
