Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
Experience
- 1 years previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Skills in bar-tending are beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this position.
