We’re seeking a dedicated Support Worker to accompany an individual who lives in their own home in Norwich. They experience the world in a unique way, shaped by learning disabilities, autism, bipolar disorder, communication difficulties, and behaviours that can be perceived as challenging. These needs influence their daily life, but they are far more than their diagnosis.
They have a brilliant sense of humour and enjoy a wide range of activities including sports, bike riding, puzzles, colouring, darts, wrestling, painting, games, and storytelling. Your support will help them access these interests safely, confidently, and consistently.

You will be providing high‑quality care,ensuring the individual receives attentive, personalised support tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
