```Duties:```
- We are looking for an experienced senior social worker registered with SWE with experience in working either in parental assessment centres or working with parents and children. Having some management experience is a huge advantage. The individual must be interested in becoming an Often registered manager in future.
Duties/Roles
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of parents on safeguarding their babies.
- To determine the needs of both parent(s) and baby/child and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support to parents and to help them cope with social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Advocate for both parents and child rights and assist them in accessing necessary resources and services.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators, to coordinate care and services for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Compile progress reports.
Attend court when necessary.
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Social Worker (if applicable)
- Experience working with children, families, or individuals in need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work practice
- Willing to become a registered manager.
