Link-Force Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Groundworker for a contract position within a reputable Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to carry out drainage installation work, ensuring projects are completed to high standards and within the designated timeframe. You will be expected to work efficiently on-site, following safety protocols and cooperating with other trades and team members to ensure smooth project progression. The role is suited to someone with a background in groundworks and drainage, with an eye for detail and strong work ethic.
- Proven experience in drainage installation and groundworks
- Previous experience working on residential construction sites
- Valid CSCS card
- Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
