Bingo Supervisor – Banbridge

We're looking for an enthusiastic Bingo Supervisor to join our team in Banbridge. If you're energetic, reliable and enjoy making customers smile, this could be the perfect role for you.
No previous bingo experience? No problem! We'll provide full training in every aspect of the role.
What you'll be doing....
As part of our Bingo team, you'll help create a vibrant, exciting and welcoming experience for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Selling bingo books and handling cash transactions
- Promoting our games and special offers
- Calling bingo numbers on stage
- Providing excellent customer service throughout every session
- Assisting with themed events, tea parties and promotions
- Working alongside our marketing team to help deliver fun and engaging customer experiences
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude. We'll teach you the rest!
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable, committed and hardworking
- Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative and happy to get involved in organising and running events
- Able to follow instructions and work well under the guidance of management
- Experienced in customer service and supervisory experience (preferred)
Working Hours
Flexibility is essential, as the role includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
Typical operating hours are:
- Monday to Saturday: 11:15am – 1:45pm and 6:00pm – 10:00pm
- Sunday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
