Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle payments efficiently
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
- Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
