We're looking for an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial cover across 3 active projects for a 2-month period, starting immediately.
Scope of work:
- Interim and final valuations
- Repricing of works/variations
- Full commercial control and reporting across all 3 projects
- Liaison with directors, commercial department, project teams, subcontractors, and clients as required
Requirements:
- Sound understanding of all elements of construction
- Groundworks knowledge advantageous
- Able to pick up multiple live projects quickly and work autonomously
- Based within commutable distance of all projects, or able to work hybrid across sites/office as needed
Contract details:
- Duration: 2 months (potential to extend)
- Start: ASAP
- Individual freelancers (Ltd co/CIS) preferred; agency-supplied cover will also be considered
Pay: £33,624.05-£74,391.34 per year
