Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forman with a joinery qualification to oversee and manage our team on-site. As a Forman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, supervising staff, and maintaining safety protocols within the workplace.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations and manage the workflow of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Facilitate communication between team members and management to promote collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices within the workplace.

- Qualified tradesman with experience of running larger projects
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating effective management capabilities.
