The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Warrington branch. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a strong team to deliver excellent customer service.
***Salary negotiable depending on experience***
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of branch performance and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day branch operations (trade counter, warehouse, sales)
- Drive sales, margin, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with contractors and other `trade customers
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team
- Ensure good stock control and product availability
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electrical wholesale industry
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Strong sales and commercial awareness background
- Good knowledge of electrical products
- A hands-on, customer-focused approach
