Requirements:
· Invoiced revenue and project delivery performance
· Lead the Customer Service team
· Own the customer journey from enquiry to project completion
· Manage and coordinate all Solution Design requests prior to order
· Track project pipeline, milestones and customer deliverables
· Coordinate Sales, Product, Operations and Supply Chain activities
· Manage customer communication, approval and expectation throughout each project
· Oversee commercial order execution and delivery planning
· Lead after-sales support, warranty and returns
· Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes
· Ensuring any deal remains commercially viable
We’re looking for a detailed-oriented yet fast worker who:

· Customer-focused with outstanding communication and relationship management abilities
· Proactive, decisive and able to solve problems quickly
· Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Able to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes
· Driven to provide an exceptional customer experience and continuously improve processes
Skillsets / experience required:
- MS 365 (non-negotiable)
- Sage 50 experience (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ownership mentality and adaptability
Pay: From £50,000.00 per year
