You will act as an ambassador for Hull City, supporting supporters of all ages, assisting with fan engagement activities, delivering matchday experiences and helping to ensure all visitors enjoy a safe and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Matchday Experience
- Meet and greet supporters, guests and visitors throughout the stadium and surrounding fan zones.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a positive ambassador for Hull City.
- Support supporters with enquiries, directions and information to enhance their matchday experience.
- Assist with the delivery and management of fan parks and supporter engagement areas.
- Support pre-match, half-time and post-match activations and entertainment.
- Assist with matchday experiences including flag-bearing, flag-carrying and other supporter participation activities.
- Support mascot experiences and, where required, undertake mascot duties to engage with supporters and create memorable moments.
- Help create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for supporters of all ages.
- Work closely with colleagues across matchday operations, hospitality, commercial and community teams.
Events
- Support the delivery of non-matchday events held at the MKM Stadium and other club venues.
- Assist with guest registration, event hosting and customer support.
- Help with event setup, operation and breakdown as required.
- Represent Hull City professionally at community, corporate and commercial events.
Safeguarding, Welfare and Compliance
- Promote a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all supporters and visitors.
- Demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, particularly when working with children, young people and vulnerable adults.
- Report any safeguarding, welfare or health and safety concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Comply with all club policies, procedures and codes of conduct.
- Support equality, diversity and inclusion across all activities.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, sport or entertainment environments.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Knowledge and passion for football and Hull City.

Additional Information
This role is offered on a casual basis, with working hours primarily scheduled around Hull City home fixtures and other events throughout the year. Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and any relevant safeguarding training before commencing duties.
