Print Finishing Operative
We are on a journey of significant and lasting change throughout the business. We are now looking for a Print Finishing operative to join our team of highly skilled and focused team of Finishers. Yes, you must have previous print finishing experience (ideally with die cutting skills), a good understanding of print processes, paper handling skills, but what is most important is your attitude, energy, and determination to produce beautiful work. We all feel we are achieving great things at BL, we want you to join us and expand upon our success.
You will be expected to work a double day shift pattern and use a range of our machinery. Benefits include everything you would expect from a forward-thinking company.

The kit we have:
We have all the latest print tech, LED litho, conventional litho, digital presses with all the latest embellishments (metallics, clear, white, fluorescent ink), Flat bed wide format with neon, automated cutting tables, multiple guillotines, ST stitching lines, Cylinders, Kama die cutting, multiple Stahl folders, Laminating, Perfect Binding and so much more. Our very own Creative Design & tech team. Newly refurbished building with a wonderful client experience area. But most of all – A passionate, authentic team of lovely humans.
