Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
-Take and process customer orders accurately, providing recommendations as needed. Will include taking orders for other areas including soft play/bowling/pool area as well as Armstrongs.
-Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
-Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, Pool area, soft play, bowling.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
-Handle cash and card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales using a till.
-Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly.
-Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the guest experience, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash register operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.

Pay: £12.71-£13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
