Duties
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to facilitate seamless implementation of change initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout projects
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend innovative solutions for optimization
- Monitor project progress, measure success metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes

Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis and managing large-scale transformation or change management projects
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate project objectives and progress
- Knowledge of industry best practices in business process improvement and organizational change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus

Pay: £43,200.00-£56,600.00 per year
