- The ability to lead by example and inspire others
- A passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a quality hospitality environment (experience within a 1–2 AA Rosette venue is preferred)
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in setting standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience time and time again.
