We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, with a focus on patient-centered care and medication management. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. Your role is vital in supporting optimal health outcomes through precise medication administration and comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physicians' instructions and regulatory standards.
- Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop personalized medication plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies, adjusting treatments as necessary for safety and efficacy.
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Educate patients on anatomy-related health issues and the importance of medication adherence for improved health outcomes.
- Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and disposal in accordance with safety protocols.
- Ability provide vaccination services such as FLU Covid Meningitis, travel vaccines (under our PGD)
- Ability to externe range of services provide to undertake micro suction
- Weight loss clinic

Experience
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in community pharmacy..
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care through effective communication and clinical judgment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- A valid pharmacy license with GPhC is required by local regulations; additional certifications specialized pharmacy areas are advantageous such as vaccinations ear micro suction etc .
