We are looking for amazing, compassionate, and respectful carers to join our Elmar family.
On some days you may be making a cup of tea, having a conversation, administering medications and personal cares or simply being a good listener. Other days you may be required to provide more specialist support for individuals with dementia or life limiting conditions, and sadly sometimes end of life care.
Your experience isn’t important as we will support you with all the training and development you need to develop with us. What is important though is treating every client like a friend or family member of your own. With these values and help from us, you’ll have everything you need to be an amazing carer.
What our staff say about us:
“Honestly I am so thankful to this company, you bought me out of a hole I couldn’t climb out of myself, and you’ve taught me a whirl wind of knowledge in such a short space of time”
“Oh my GOD! I am actually crying! Thank you so much. This company is very special and have helped so many people in so many ways. We are so proud to be working for Elmar”
“I love the way Elmar look out for their staff and service users. You have helped me enormously. I love my Elmar family”
“I am so proud to be a part of the Elmar family. You treat all of us with respect and the opportunities available here are endless”
