Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms to maximise visibility and audience engagement.
- Organise online events or campaigns that promote organisational initiatives or products effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital environments.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret data from social media analytics tools and derive actionable insights.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices is essential.

Pay: £34,000.00-£47,100.00 per year
