We are seeking a motivated and experienced Keyholder Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment
- Manage stock levels, assist with food rotation, and coordinate with staff to meet service demands
- Serve customers when required, providing excellent hospitality and service experience
- Train new staff members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly
- Assist in opening or closing the premises as designated in rota schedules
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a retail environment
- Previous team management experience demonstrating leadership capabilities

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
