Job description:
Optical Advisor/customer care assistant. A customer facing role that requires excellent people skills. Our advisors assist customers by providing expert optical advice on our stylish range of frames, services , contact lenses and the customers eye care needs.
Optical training is provided in store, so experience in optics is not essential.
Applications from experienced dispensers/ optical advisors welcomed.
Requirements for the role:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- A high standard of spoken and written English
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong customer service focus
- Organisation skills
Full time hours: 40 hours per week, Including weekends and Bank Holidays. Salary from 18 years of age starting from £22,984.00. Salary based on age and experience.
