We are looking for a motivated and proactive Team Supervisor to lead and support a team of Senior Recruitment Administrators within our Recruitment Service. In this role, you'll help deliver a high-quality, efficient onboarding service while ensuring workloads are managed effectively and customer needs are met. Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll play a key role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining excellent service standards across recruitment onboarding activities.
You will lead and support a team of Senior Recruitment Administrators, ensuring onboarding activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed service standards.
You will coordinate workloads, provide coaching and performance support, and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational matters. Working closely with colleagues, you will help drive continuous improvement, maintain high levels of quality and customer service, and ensure the team has the knowledge, skills and support needed to deliver excellent outcomes.
We're looking for a motivated and organised leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You'll be able to prioritise workloads effectively, support and develop team members, and ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered within a busy environment.
You'll have a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
