About the Role
Are you passionate about fitness, social media, and great customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Gym & Cafe Assistant to join our team!
This is an all-rounder position perfect for a 16–17 year old looking for regular part-time work alongside school or college. You’ll be the face of our front desk, helping run our mini cafe, creating cool social media content, and keeping the facility spotless for our members.
What You’ll Be Doing (A Typical Shift)
- Cafe & Member Service (20%): Serve coffees, protein shakes, and healthy snacks to members; handle card transactions; and provide a warm welcome at the front desk.
- Gym Care & Hygiene (20%): Keep the gym floor, equipment, and cafe area clean, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout your shift.
- Social Media & Content (60%): Capture short videos, take photos of daily gym vibes, and help create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and posts.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable & Proactive: You take initiative, whether that’s picking up a mop or filming a quick workout clip.
- Friendly & Outgoing: Comfortable chatting with members, answering simple questions, and serving customers.
- Social Media Savvy: You know your way around Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and simple phone editing apps (like CapCut or Canva).
- High Hygiene Standards: Proud to keep a space clean, safe, and looking its best.
- Flexibility: Available to work early evenings, weekends, or during school holidays.
