We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our friendly team at our traditional Peak District pub. Nestled in stunning countryside, we're proud to serve classic pub favourites alongside seasonal specials using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistency and care.
- Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
- Helping develop exciting seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
- Training and motivating junior chefs to reach their potential.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Food Safety knowledge and a commitment to high standards.

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
