Room Leader – Early Years

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead one of our nursery rooms and inspire a small team of dedicated early years practitioners. What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
- Plan engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Coach and support your team to maintain high standards of practice.
- Promote the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and professionalism.
What we're looking for
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or a senior practitioner ready to take the next step.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, supportive leadership style.
- A genuine passion for helping children and colleagues reach their full potential.

Pay: £14.55–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Full Time | 38 hours per week
Equivalent annual salary: £28,751–£29,640
