What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting dentists during a variety of treatments, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease
- Preparing treatment rooms and making sure everything is clean, organised, and ready to go
- Sterilising instruments and following important health & safety procedures
- Chatting with patients and providing helpful advice before and after treatments
- Keeping patient records up to date using our IT systems
- Spending time on reception – welcoming patients, booking appointments, and handling enquiries
- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and infection control throughout the practice
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping people
- Great communication skills and confidence speaking with patients and team members
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic IT skills for managing records and appointments
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A keen interest in healthcare and a willingness to learn and grow
