Full-Time Bar staff – Oxford Wine Café
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere while serving wine, coffee and food and delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and serving coffee, wine and other drinks
- Taking orders and helping guests with menu recommendations
- Serving and preparing cold and hot food
- Keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the team during busy services
What we’re looking for
- Previous hospitality or bartending experience is preferred
- A friendly, confident and approachable personality
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- An interest in wine and coffee, with a willingness to learn
- A reliable team player who enjoys providing great service
Pay: £12.75 per hour, plus service charge
