We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. Duties
- Providing professional nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Assisting clients with customised beauty services including eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Delivering guest services that enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Upselling additional treatments and retail products to maximise client experience and salon revenue
- Maintaining cleanliness and sterilisation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Managing social media accounts to promote salon services, special offers, and client engagement
- Supporting management with organisational tasks as needed, including inventory control and promotional activities
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role
- Skills in management, social skills
- Experience with eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to upsell treatments confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
