Exciting news - we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our friendly team full time. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in early years education and a genuine love for supporting children’s growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to meet their individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s wellbeing and development.
- Maintain high standards of care, safety, and compliance with nursery policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (essential).
- Previous nursery or early years experience (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
