As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play a crucial role in helping both homes and businesses stay pest-free. Don’t worry if you’re new to the field – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in your role.
Your Role:
- Conduct inspections and treatments to ensure properties are pest-free.
- Assess situations and choose the best methods for pest control, always keeping safety as your top priority.
- Help customers understand how they can maintain a pest-free environment by offering helpful advice and recommendations.
- Record your work and communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they feel supported.
- Work with your team to seal off entry points and implement preventative measures for long-term protection.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s licence and a positive attitude towards learning.
- While experience in pest control is a plus, it's not a requirement – we’re happy to teach you!
- A good understanding of pests and their habits, or a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently, but also the confidence to ask for help when you need it.
- Good written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be speaking with customers, so a friendly and professional manner is key.
- Physical ability to carry out tasks, but rest assured, you’ll have the support and equipment you need to do the job safely.
- Flexibility with working hours.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
