Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their established Surveying and Project Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take a lead role in project delivery, client management and business development within a growing consultancy environment.
The Role
- Lead and deliver a range of professional Building Surveying services
- Undertake condition surveys, dilapidations and defect investigations
- Act as Contract Administrator on construction and refurbishment projects
- Provide technical advice on building pathology matters
- Manage client relationships and framework agreements
- Mentor and support junior surveyors
- Monitor project performance, profitability and delivery programmes
- Assist with fee proposals, bids and business development initiatives
- Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
About You
- MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years' Building Surveying experience
- Strong technical and project delivery expertise
- Experience managing client relationships
- Commercial awareness and project financial management skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
