About the Role

MAIN ROLE PURPOSE
To be a vital connection between Central Services and the Field Services team, being a main point of contact for the coordination of field-based projects, maintaining an excellent attention to detail and being an active member of a high functioning Central Services team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Share responsibility with the remainder of the Central Services team to answer in-bound calls, dealing with enquiries (rather than parking them) to the satisfaction of the customer
- Monitor and respond to emails in shared mailboxes, to ensure queries are directed to the right function/person for full resolution
- Be a key point of contact in the office for members of the Field Services team, answering queries and liaising in the provision of accurate information and support
- Be a daily point of contact for customer systems, acknowledging new jobs and ensuring clear communication with the customer
- Update systems with accurate information, ensuring we have a ‘point of truth’ for all job-related data
- Deduplicate data on systems
- Maintain awareness of active ad-hoc jobs, archiving them once they are completed
- Update the CRM system as necessary with customer-related communications
- Liaise with colleagues to book travel and accommodation, confirming details with the relevant individuals
- Work with the colleagues to coordinate (and communicate) service work, ensuring the Sales team are also kept in the loop
- Be a key point of contact in Central Services to coordinate projects that involve other functions, ensuring that information is communicated accurately and in a timely way
- Work with L&D and Technical Training functions to coordinate training events both for the Avani team, and for external customers
Must Have Skills and Qualities:
- Strong organisational skills
- Assertiveness in handling relationships with a diverse range of people
- Confident and familiar with computer systems in general
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team spirit and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and driven problem-solver[i]
- Essential to this role is an agile, can-do mindset
- Full clean UK driving licence (this is an office-based role)
