New Car Sales Manager
Location: Simpsons Skoda Colne
Salary: Basic Salary £35,000. OTE £65,000.

At Simpsons Skoda, we're looking for an ambitious New Car Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading family-owned Skoda retailers, where people, performance and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll be responsible for driving new car sales performance, coaching and inspiring your team, ensuring compliance with FCA standards, and delivering an outstanding buying experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
What you'll be doing
As our New Car Sales Manager, you'll:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coach and embed the Simpsons Sales Process to ensure every customer receives a first class experience.
- Drive profitable sales of new vehicles, finance, insurance products, service plans and accessories.
- Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, professional handover and exceptional service throughout their buying journey.
- Maximise finance penetration whilst maintaining full FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
- Manage manufacturer enquiries, online leads and test drive requests, ensuring prompt follow up.
- Oversee finance proposal quality, payout performance and relationships with finance partners.
- Monitor team performance through coaching, one to ones and regular development sessions.
- Maintain demonstrator vehicles to the highest standards.
- Work closely with Aftersales, Sales Administration and Senior Management to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Deputise for the General Sales Manager when required.

- Has previous experience managing a successful automotive sales team.
- Is passionate about coaching, developing and inspiring others.
- Has excellent knowledge of automotive finance and FCA regulations.
- Is commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and leads by example.
- Has exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
